We’re here to promote a goal-oriented, habit building approach to mental health. We believe that people really are more successful because of their differences, and we want to help our clients unlock their potential.

Our Philosophy

Here at GOALS, our core belief is that each brain is unique, and that’s a good thing! Our brains are as varied as we are, and our world is made better by diverse minds.

Real behavior change

Our integrated, evidence based approach is all about getting to the bottom of it and finding why we feel and do the things we do. This is hard work and needs guided, patient inquiry - as well as strong consistency. Ultimately, though it’s all client driven. Each individual is in charge of their own growth. That can be tough. The good news is that our methods are scientifically proven to work, and it’s all tailor-fitted to each individual and their needs.

Honesty

At GOALS Therapy we are 100% honest with our clients. We talk openly about our own strengths and weaknesses and make it a safe place for them to do the same. We’re upfront when we see missteps - and we focus on how those are opportunities to correct and learn.
